 Alice joined Well at Work in 2019 as Head of Well at Work and leads on the consultancy offering.

Alice helps organisations at any stage of their wellbeing journey to understand where they need to go and how they can get there, ensuring that any key stakeholders are bought in and that the change is embedded across the whole organisation. She helps organisations create a culture where employee wellbeing is prioritised and recognised as essential to employee satisfaction and performance.

Prior to joining the team she worked in management consulting where she experienced first hand the impact of a high pressure working environment, as well as seeing friends and colleagues experience a range of mental health problems as a result of long hours, stressful roles and management that didn’t feel confident in handling the topic of mental health.
