Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace

Diversity and inclusion is crucial to employee wellbeing. Stigma and discrimination has a negative impact on mental health in the workplace, and must be challenged, tackled, and eliminated.

To combat this, Well at Work provide stigma and discrimination awareness training to challenge and dispel unconscious bias in order to promote diversity and inclusion in organisations.

Teach your staff the importance of diversity and inclusion

Why businesses should have diversity and inclusion training:

During the pandemic, common mental health problems such as anxiety and depression have more than tripled in Black and Latino communities.

67%

of job seekers consider workplace diversity an important factor when considering employment opportunities.

How we can help

Our diversity and inclusion workshop is delivered in an hour and a half, online or in person, and designed to help your staff understand the benefits of effective communication, and help them learn how to better communicate at work.

  • An introduction to the six equality strands for mental health: Age, Gender, Disability, Race and Ethnicity, Religion and Belief, Sexuality
  • Understand what influences mental health by learning more about stress and vulnerability
  • Activities to help understand your own unique frame of reference and challenge unconscious bias

End stigma and discrimination in your organisation
