Why we do what we do
Our mission is to raise awareness of mental health in the workplace, reduce stigma and enable staff to feel empowered and energised in respect to their own and others mental health with the right training and toolkits. We believe that for people to thrive they must be physically and mentally well and feel supported in their work environment.
We also know from personal experience how highly demanding jobs and long working hours can increase stress levels, which can lead to higher levels of absenteeism, presenteeism and staff turnover.
Well at Work is a social enterprise which means that any profits are put into improving mental health services run by Mind, the leading Mental Health charity in England and Wales.
Well at Work offer a range of off-the-shelf and bespoke programmes for all levels within organisations which equip employees with the information and tools to help them manage their own mental health and wellbeing, as well as support their colleagues.
